Global Leaders Program Cohort 2020

In 2019, Breanna successfully applied for the Global Leaders Program which equips musicians with entrepreneurship and business skills for social impact music projects. It is a 9-month program with 12 modules that meets for twice a week webinars. In January 2020, the entire 50-member cohort from around the world met in Chile for studying 1 module and completing fieldwork. For her fieldwork, Breanna was grouped with a team of other string players from Bolivia, Japan, Brazil and the US. They led two string workshops in Northern Chile, affiliated with Chile's national youth orchestra system--Fundación de Orquestas Juveniles e Infantiles (FOJI).
